Take the stage before 800+ decision-makers during the only week when commercial and military space share a single location in the heart of Silicon Valley innovation.
October 27 – 29, 2026 · Computer History Museum, Mountain View

Why speak at SVSW
Operators, manufacturers, program offices, primes, investors, regulators. The people who decide where the next 24 months of space goes.
We don’t sell speaking slots. Your voice lands next to the others SVSW chose for the same theme, not next to a sponsor demo.
Accepted speakers attend the full week on a complimentary all-access pass. Every session, every break, every reception, both programs.
Two audiences, one trip
Most space conferences pick a side. SVSW doesn’t. The commercial space industry and the national-security space community share the same week, the same room, the same stage. Satellite Innovation owns Oct 27 – 28 with the commercial operators, manufacturers, and investors. MilSat Symposium owns Oct 28 – 29 with DoD, IC, and dual-use programs. Wednesday’s shared day puts both audiences in the same seats. One application, one trip out west. We slot you by topic fit, not by which side of the industry you came from.
Commercial space
Operators, manufacturers, capital, regulation.
The right slot for founders and engineers building the technical frontier: payload, bus, ground-segment, launch, capital flows, and the regulatory horizon. Bring a thesis or a war story, not a sales pitch.

DoD, IC, prime + commercial dual-use.
The right slot for program leads and operators working tactical SATCOM, ISR architectures, resilient PNT, contested-space ops, and the dual-use stories where commercial constellations reshape warfighter access.

Pick the program(s) your speaker fits on the form below. Then scan the published agendas and tell us which session theme they belong on. We curate by topic, not by tier. The strongest applications:
- Name the specific session theme the speaker fits (not “anywhere on the program”).
- Bring an idea or a credible data point, not a marketing message. SVSW audiences will spot the difference in the first 30 seconds.
- Tell us who the speaker reports to or what programs they own. We need to know they can speak candidly.

A few things to know
- Selection. SVSW reviews each application against the published agenda’s session needs. We come back to every applicant with a yes / no within four weeks of submission. We don’t waitlist silently.
- Complimentary pass. Accepted speakers receive a complimentary all-access pass to both Satellite Innovation and MilSat Symposium, all three days. Companion attendees and team members register at the published attendee rates.
- Slot type. When we accept, we’ll confirm the slot format: keynote, panel, fireside, or technical track. Most accepted submissions land in panels.
