Travel & registration

Where will Silicon Valley Space Week take place?
All events during Silicon Valley Space Week will be held at the Computer History Museum in Mountain View, California. 1401 N Shoreline Blvd, Mountain View, CA 94043.
What is the cost to attend?
Pricing depends on attendee category and program selection. Refer to the SVSW Rates page for details.
Do you offer expo-only passes?
No. All visitors must register in advance to enter the exhibit area.
Do I need to register for specific talks or sessions?
No. Your full conference registration grants access to all sessions within your selected program(s).
Is parking available?
Yes, complimentary parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in both the front and rear lots of the Computer History Museum.
I live outside the United States. Can I travel to SVSW?
Check with the U.S. Department of State for travel advisories. International attendees should apply for visas early.
Where can I stay, and are there discounted hotel rates?
Hotel blocking coming early July. Vacation rentals and Airbnb options are popular alternatives.

Is there a virtual component to Silicon Valley Space Week?
Yes. Both Satellite Innovation and the MilSat Symposium will be available to registered attendees through our virtual platform.
Will the event be streamed live?
Yes. All keynotes, panels, and technical sessions will be streamed live to registered attendees via the virtual platform.
When will event recordings be available?
Recordings will typically be accessible on the virtual platform within 30 – 60 minutes after each session ends, and remain available for up to 3 months.
Will slide decks be available?
Select slide decks will be posted in the event app and virtual platform following each session, based on speaker preference.
Will there be reserved seating for sessions?
No. All sessions operate on a first-come, first-served basis.
Is there an open call for content or papers?
No papers are accepted, but three speaking opportunities exist: Side Talks, Partner Presentations, and Hahn Session Hall invitations. Apply at the Speaking Opportunities page.
