Tina Ghataore

Tina Ghataore joined Aerospacelab in August 2023 as Group Chief Strategy and Revenue Officer and CEO of its North American operations. Previously, she served as Chief Commercial Officer of Mynaric and President of Mynaric USA, leading the company’s positioning as a premier laser communications provider for government and commercial aerospace markets. Her industry impact was recognized in 2022 when she was named Via Satellite’s Satellite Executive of the Year. Earlier in her career, Tina held senior leadership roles at Yahsat and Panasonic Avionics, where she helped launch and scale global mobility, connectivity, and communications services. She began her career at Boeing Satellite Systems and founded The EKKAM Group, advising leading aerospace and telecom clients including Airbus, Panasonic, and Thales. Tina holds an Honors degree in Aerospace Engineering from Kingston University and is a graduate of the International Space University.
