Joseph Yaffe

Joseph Yaffe is Chief Operating Officer and Chief Legal Officer at Cowboy Space Corporation, an orbital energy infrastructure company founded by Robinhood co-founder Baiju Bhatt. In this dual role, Joe oversees operations, legal, and regulatory affairs as the company works to bring AI data centers to space. Joe brings more than three decades of experience advising technology companies, founders, and boards on strategic transactions, governance, and leadership transitions including as Managing Partner of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP’s Palo Alto office and as partner at Latham & Watkins.
