Evan Hoyt

Evan Hoyt is President of SEOPS, where he leads the company’s strategy, growth, and expansion across the space access ecosystem. He is helping guide SEOPS as it expands its launch services, dedicated rideshare programs, and the infrastructure and partnerships needed to provide more flexible and reliable access to space. Evan’s career has spanned technical operations, organizational leadership, strategy, and commercial growth across the military and space sectors. Before entering the space industry, he served as a U.S. Army Apache pilot and officer, completing multiple combat deployments to Afghanistan with the 82nd Airborne, 101st Airborne, and 4th Infantry Divisions. His military career also included assignments within senior general-officer command groups, working across operational and strategic priorities throughout the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility. Across his career, Evan has focused on bringing together technical capability, strategy, customer needs, and commercial opportunity to turn complex challenges into executable programs.
