Brian Manning is the Co-Founder and CEO of Xona, a company building the next generation of positioning, navigation, and timing infrastructure to meet the demands of our modern world. Xona is delivering the first commercial satellite navigation service from low Earth orbit designed to provide native centimeter-level accuracy, robust encryption, and high signal strength at a global scale for diverse industries. Since founding Xona in 2019 with fellow Stanford engineers, Brian has led the company from concept to launch, guiding its evolution from a technical demonstrator to a production-ready platform poised to redefine global navigation. Prior to Xona, he was a responsible engineer at SpaceX, where he led the design and integration of key structures on the Falcon 9 rocket, and earlier, led the development of automotive engines at Power Solutions International. Brian holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MS in Aeronautics and Astronautics from Stanford University, as well as an MBA from the London Business School.
