Rainer Mueller

Rainer is Germany Trade and Invest’s industry expert for Advanced Air Mobility and New Space. In this capacity, he is in close contact with the German Ministry of Economics and Energy and the German Space Agency and is well networked throughout the German aerospace and composites clusters. Rainer holds a PhD in European monetary policy from the Freie Universtität Berlin and has also studied at the Ludwigs-Maximilians-Universität in Munich and the London School of Economics (LSE). Rainer was a member of the board of “Nano in Germany” and a member of the supervisory board of “Leipzig Ventures”. He has been at Germany Trade and Invest and its previous institutions since 2001.
